Good Enough to Eat?

There seems to be universal agreement that exposure to the ultraviolet light from the sun is deleterious to one’s health. Also, except for tobacco industry spokesmen, there is no dispute about the damage done to us from cigarette smoke. What is shocking is the fact that almost everything we once regarded as either beneficial, or harmless, soon gets challenged by scientists.
